These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the The Scarlett Kitchen ordering and reservation website. By placing an order, booking a table, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and to the availability of items.
• We do our best to keep the menu, descriptions and prices accurate, but they may change without notice. The price shown at the time you order applies.
• Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from a given allergen.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the menu and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected in person at the restaurant when you dine in or collect your order — we do not take card payments through this website.

Table reservations

• A reservation request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
• Please arrive on time; we may release a table after a reasonable waiting period.
• If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order or reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared may not be cancellable.

Loyalty programme

Loyalty points and membership tiers are offered at our discretion. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded. We may change or end the programme at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use this website only for legitimate ordering and booking, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Scarlett Kitchen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised; continued use of the website means you accept the current terms.
